- Take 20g of Thillais Easy Marina Fish Roast Mix in a bowl and add the required quantity of salt and water (13-15 ml), mix well and make a paste.
- Take 400 g of fish on a plate and apply this paste on the fish pieces and marinate for 1 hour.
- Add the required quantity of oil to a pan and shallow fry the marinated fish pieces until golden brown. Garnish with lemon, onion rings and serve hot.
