We are a spice brand owned and operated by the VPSA Paramasiva Nadar group of companies based in Virudhunagar Tamil Nadu and among the largest traders and processors of red chillies in India. Thillai’s manufactures a wide variety of spice powders and blends with a specialization in regional Tamilnadu cuisine and a focus on masala for chicken, meat and fish. Our specialty is our single serve sachets of blends under its Easy range. The range includes all time south Indian favorites such as Easy Chettinad chicken mix, Easy Pallipalayam chicken mix, Easy Karaikudi Milagu rasam. The company sells its products through a combination of distributors and direct sales to supermarkets, grocers, butcher shops and the foodservice industry. The company works to establish itself as a leader in the non-vegetarian masala category and among the top three players in Tamilnadu. The companies manufacturing facility are BRC certified and its products are kosher and halal certified. The manufacturing site has its own analytical and microbiological laboratories. The company focuses on innovation and has a dedicated research and development team with a healthy pipeline of innovative products. The company has toll processing capabilities and can co pack for private label requirements of the modern trade. We also have capabilities for white labelling for other brands to use our infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities. We also manufacture spice powders to meet the food processing industry’s needs such as snack and pickle manufacturers.

Quality and Food Safety go hand in hand at Thillai's​​

At Thillai’s, food safety comes naturally to us. Our processing units implemented the HACCP food safety system as early as 2004 and we have since built on a strong foundation of food safety across the organization and have been BRC certified since 2011. However, improving and updating our food safety systems is always a work in progress as our employees keep themselves updated on new risks and hazards and find ways to eliminate them. Our new integrated laboratory houses our analytical and instrumentation lab equipped with a new HPLC system and qualified team to ensure that our quality standards are always met. We also have our in house microbiological laboratory to test for pathogens and to maintain and ensure good hygiene practices at all times
